Midwinter Break on Netflix was superbly directed by Polly Findlay with a glorious performance by Lesley Manville. She and her alcoholic husband, beautifully played by Bernard MaxLaverty, are on vacation in Amsterdam trying repair their marriage due to religious conflict. Wonderfully written by MaxLerty and Nick Payne.
