This throwback to literate historical epics is superbly directed by Ridley Scott and acted with perfection by Matt Damon, Adam Driver and a special shout out to Jodie Comer from Killing Eve. The script by Matt Damon, Ben Affleck and Nicole Holofcener is intelligent, entertaining, and topical. I was enthralled for the two and half hours.
