Adrian Grenier as a gay fashion designer (are there any other kind?) anchors this syrupy film originally titled Sex, Death and Bowling. The metaphors fly fast and furiously but a few tears at the end might make this watchable. Death from cancer is used for reconciliation purposes and reincarnation.
