Keira Allen and Sarah Paulson have great chemistry as daughter and mother in this slick psychological thriller with enough mystery and twists to keep the viewer engaged. Reminiscent of the television series The Act and other films that have tackled Munchausen disease but with a bit of Stephen King’s Misery thrown in to jazz things up.
