Since I joined Amazon prime, I’ve noticed that they are following my taste and have been suggesting an interesting array of gay films. This film originally shown at Outfest in 2016 is a stunning portrayal of the relationship between a mysterious man Jonathan (Tuc Watkins) and a hustler Brandon (Devon Graye). This is no ordinary prostitute with a heart of gold. Never predicable and always compelling. The actors inhabit their roles with a poignant honesty that will have you gasping for emotional catharsis. Ultimately a joyous road picture.
