Laundromat is such a mess of a film. This maybe true story about greed, corruption, dark hidden money, shell companies, bribery, and murder covers a lot of ground in 90 minutes. With Gary Oldman and Antonio Banderas as Greek chorus-narrators, you know you are in trouble. Meryl Streep is magnificent as usual and there is one sweet surprise at the end that barely saves the film. For those of you with NetFlix that may be the best alternative rather than seeing this on the big screen.
