“Live in Hollywood” is Linda Ronstadt first live album. This is a revelation as you listen to her elegant powerhouse voice filled with nuanced phrasing. These iconic tracks are pristine versions of Linda’s choice songs. Starting with “I Can’t Let Go”, you’ll be transported back to her unique take on rockn’ roll. As the CD progresses, you listen in awe as she tackles the essence of melody. You’ll be hard pressed to name your favorite cut. “It’s So Easy”, ‘Just One Look”, “Hurt So Bad”, “Poor Pitiful Me”, “You’re No Good”, and “Desperado”. “Blue Bayou” is my personal pick. And this live version is magnificent.
I LOVE Linda. Desperado is my favorite
