Dead Man’s Wire-streaming on Netflix was brilliantly directed by Gus Van Sant, written by Austin Kolodney, and led by an amazing Bill Skarsgård and Dacre Montgomery is a taut, unnerving retelling of the 1977 Tony Kiritsis hostage crisis. The slow burn gritty style will stick your guts long after the final scene.
