God’s Country on Hulu is a cryptic film that contains many irritating pregnant pauses yet the performance by Thadiwee Newton is so compelling and complex, that it is worth your time to watch the movie. Writer and direction Julian Higgins does a fine job of setting the mood in his first feature film.
