The first two episodes of The Consultant on Amazon, left me slightly intrigued but non-committal to watching the remainder of the episodes. The premise is fine–why is the head of a software company shot by a young boy and why does Christoph Waltz show up. Waltz is a compelling actor but investing time in this familiar paranoia doesn’t cut it.
