The novelty of The Offer which documents the origins of the making of the film The Godfather wears thin as it checks of the list of milestone events leading up to the release of the film. The cast headed by Miles Teller as Al Ruddy has fun portraying Robert Evans, Francis Ford Coppola, Mario Puzo, Al Pacino and Marlon Brando. Ultimately the whole shebang adds up nothing.
