American Horror Story-NYC– is typical Ryan Murphy-offensive violent trash but with a revisionist version of the beginning of the AIDS plague, it becomes compelling viewing. It is immensely entertaining because of the powerhouse cast–Russel Tovey, Joe Mantello, Patti LuPone, Charlie Carver, Sandra Bernhard, Zachary Quinto, Kal Penn, and Isaac Cole Powell.
