Sandra Bullock tries so hard to be a tough convict just released from prison, as though she is begging for a second academy award. The film should have been called Unbelievable with so many contrived plot ridiculous surprises but it is so entertaining that none of that matters. With support from Richard Thomas and Viola Davis who have a chance to chew the scenery, you are in for an unforgettable B-movie ride.
