A Perfect Ganesh

I wish I could say that this second rate Terence Mc Nally play is worth seeing. It’s an uninteresting messy failure that stretches your patience at close to three hours. Despite a fantastic set and costumes—the play takes place in India; the production fails to engage. The actors try their best to ground the unwieldly story of two women on a spiritual quest because of trauma in their lives. Unfortunately, with an artist of Mc Nally’s stature it appears to have been a lost cause to reign in on his art.
