This film barely registers as a guilty pleasure despite the lightning speed ridiculous story of a young girl with anger management super powers who grows up to be Kate Beckinsdale. You’ll get a headache if you try to make sense of the movie. Even the arrival of an uncredited Susan Sarandon at the end doesn’t warrant a glimpse at the movie.
