A very generic sci-fi end of the world story. Great special effects and some stunning photography don’t make up for bland performances from George Clooney and Felicity Jones. Save your money and wait until it is streaming. Oh, wait everything is streaming. Oh well with slim pickings this holiday season, maybe you can watch the film while you are cooking or ironing. It doesn’t need your full attention.
