Christina Ricci is phenomenal as Zelda Fitzgerald in this fictional story of her life and marriage to F. Scott Fitzgerald. Lushly produced, intelligently written and directed, along with exceptional acting support, the ten- part thirty-minute segment never disappoint except that the intention of a second season failed to materialize.  Unfortunately, the viewer is left hanging although the option of reading the novel by the superb writer Therese Ann Fowler is an excellent alternative.
