I just finished watching Summer Camp Massacre on Amazon Prime. At first, I was skeptical that it was a low budget throwback to B films. Yes, I groaned a few times. But as it progressed it became a laugh riot. We are in Airplane territory. This breezy seventy-five-minute flic is wonderful escapist comedy. How refreshing that it isn’t a send up of other films like The Scary Movie series. The cast handles the zany plot and dialogue with expertise. But it is Ken McFarlane as the camp director who is exceptional. He’s the glue that holds the movie together as he hits every comedic line with a delicious relish. A giddy late summer surprise viewing.
Thanks ill try it
