If you thought there wasn’t a book that could come close to The Library Book, stop looking because The Giver of Stars by Jojo Moyes is a rich historical fiction about a mobile Kentucky library during the depression that is just as satisfying. You will fall in love with the characters. And omg, the details are outstanding. The little blue book which is given to ladies in Kentucky that have questions about sexual practice, is humorous and enlightening. The traveling library is the life blood for miners and their families helping them cope with reading deficiencies and loneliness. This page turner which includes a murder trial is just the kind of stunning medicine required during these dark pandemic days .
