NOS4A2 is not my usual type of television viewing. But hey it’s the summer and choices are slim. Based on a book by the son of Stephen king gives it some pedigree. A prologue of scary chills that kicked off the series made for compelling viewing. The show settles in with introductions to major characters that provided a sense of reality to ground the show. The writing and acting are just o.k. There is room for potential and based on the first episode there is enough mystery to lend itself towards at least one more viewing before making any life changes decisions about whether this is a keeper.
