Live body painting filled our Saturday afternoon at Getty Villa. Models painted from their hair follicles down to the edge of their toe nails. Artist Trina Merry designs these images against the backdrop of the Getty Villa antiquities and landscape. Each model incurs three hours of preparation. Immobilized standing for hours to display their wares. Contracted art flourishes.
