This new book about eugenics is horrifying. The author mentions a woman who had been to a party and talks about Jews in a derogatory manner. Saying that she hopes never to go to a Jew party again. This was Eleanor Roosevelt before she became enlightened. With the current Trump made immigration crisis this book becomes relevant due to the similarities with the Immigration quotas established in 1924. The other scary stuff is how Hitler worked with American scientist who were involved with Eugenics. After listening to this Fresh Air segment a sour taste lingered in my mouth.
