No Taste-Poem of the Week

No Taste

Hammered to my head

Stripes against horizontal lines

Muted colors wash me pale

Loose pants ripping cement

Sliding off my ass

Unclear green stirred with purple

Old sensibility blandly striking

Flowered sheets fashioned off center

Seconds filled with sewing errors

Cheap versus long term quality

Bargain basement patterns

Off season colors

Hanging off the shoulders

Plastic trumps leather

Thick skinned insults

If my nose could smell

Would my taste improve

Colored food presentation

Budding styles

Morsels of style

Lay in the closet
