This is a crowd pleasing companion piece to the RBG documentary. After seeing the real Ruth Bader Ginsberg in action it is difficult to accept Felicity Jones as a young RBG. She doesn’t have the gravitas, look or sound of Ms. Ginsberg. Still this film is fun and entertaining. It hits all the hot button issues about women and gender equality. Despite a tendency toward preachiness, you’ll relish the court dialogue. Armie Hammer is a yummy delight as her husband Marty. Their chemistry is dynamic. Even with a predictable ending you’ll come away smiling after this piffle.
