Adam Cohen, son of Leonard Cohen, gets a Terry Gross grilling on the Fresh Air podcast of the week. It’s no surprise that Adam inherited the deep soulful voice of his father. This tell all interview highlights the twelve years it took to write “Hallelujah” and the ups and downs of Leonard’s career. The interview is in conjunction with a book of poems, notebooks, drawings and lyrics of Leonard Cohen just published. This is a great introduction to Leonard Cohen if you are unfamiliar with his work.
