Saturday night was a feast of risotto, stuffed chicken and broccoli laced with meyer lemons whenever possible. We languished the musical styling of Terry Jo Stratton. Her interpretation of “River Deep, Mountain High” was perfection. Stars covered the sky as we conversed. Roasted speeches tickled us. The birthday boy glowed his 50 years. The gluten free chocolate cake slid down our throats

The going away brunch freed our souls. The owner of the Rainbow Inn gave us the history of the inn from the 1920’s. A glorious ending to our get away. Back to the heat reality of Los Angeles with a renewed pillowing of life.
