The Girl in the Glass:Novel

Florence, Italy is front and center in this historical fiction. There is a spiritual quality to the writing as we view the city. The plot of father daughter issues is the weakest part of the book. The descriptions of the paintings and the life of the Medici’s is stuff that pulls the reader in. An example of the irresistible prose “Imagine for a moment, that you are Medici-born, that in your veins flows the resilient pulse of the Renaissance.” You will be hooked.
