Poem of the Week

Gratitude for relatives and friends

That don’t inhabit life

Feeling their startling presence

In my daily tasks

Gripping his squirrelly ways

Learning about opera

Complimenting his costume for the rough bars

Asking about when I can shave

Admiring her beauty and selfless parenting

Inheriting her power of conversing with person on the street

Listening to the latest Supreme song

Joy of unexpected appearance at a theater

Getting advice about  double knit shirt

Understanding second act arrival

Appreciating the help with my 50th birthday

Making my wedding a reality

Borrowing her dresses

Enjoying a bird nest at her wedding

Forgiving her from falling from a moved chair

Visiting the studio apartment warmly inviting

First rock exposure to Easier Said Than Done by Essex

Keeping peace with my self
