Observations-28th Anniversary

Trying to  sleep in my queen bed with my husband. Rarely does he spend time in Weho. But It’s our 28th anniversary- Easter 1998. Beginnings. That’s the day we walked around Lake Hollywood and convinced ourselves  we were in it for the long haul.  A floating date because Easter jumps around unlike  Christmas. And of course the Jewish holidays fluctuate. Unfortunately, my hand throbbed from an almost fall at the steps of the West Hollywood CVS. I avoided connecting with cement but the downside – my pinkie took the brunt.  Still we had a celebration that included the happy hour at Hugo’s-where else can you get  fresh turkey chile with sour cream for $7.50. Afterward, we watched Merrily We Roll Along. Sondhiem’s originally failed musical brought back to life by Maria Friedman. Endings-hopefully not happening if couple’s therapy works.
