Julie Clark’s The Ghostwriter was an okay mystery. The protagonist has been assigned to be the ghost writer for her father’s memoirs. He had been accused of murdering his brother and sister but never convicted. The memoir attempts to tell the true story. But the ending is flat even if curiosity forces you to finish the novel.
