Neighborhood Watch was a very watchable film about Jack Quaid witnessing an abduction, he turns to his next-door neighbor, Jeffrey Dean Morgan, a retired security guard, to help him find the missing woman. Duncan Skiles did a fine job directing Sean Farley’s fine script.
