Warfare on HBO was a painful viewing experience. Yet another anti-war film, this one taking place in Iraq in 2006. There is a horrific scene toward the end of the film where one of the navy seal’s has been injured. The reaction by the platoon and the injured man is beyond any horror film. Ray Mendoza & ALex Garland effectively direct in documentary style since the script was taken by real life memories of the platoon.
