The Actor, streaming on Hulu, is an odd duck. An actor with amnesia seems like a unique idea. With a touch of Twilight Zone , the film almost works. Andre Holland tries to capture the frustration from forgetting his past. Shimmering sets and the noir feel to the endeavor make this a potential worthwhile viewing.
