From Embers is an excellent film about a widow, whose husband died in a lab explosion and the insurance company isn’t paying the life insurance. Additionally the widow’s son is autistic. Sensitively directed by Kate Bohan and starring a luminous Kara Wang and the always charismatic Matthew Morrison.
