Observations-Hats off!

I have a checkered past about hats. For most of my life they were problematic. They like to get lost. Straw hats unravel or get squashed out of shape., Sweat eats away at their cotton-showing stains and they gave me headaches.   Only in the last twenty years do I wear them as a fashion statement.  A rimmed hat protects my skin,  an inexpensive replacement for sunblock. A cap conceals baldness, creates suspense as to what I am hiding on my head. or distracts a bad hair day. Oh how could I forget-wool hats warmed my skull on my frigid east coast trek. Hats off to me for making this vital accessory work for Gordon
