Gladiator 11 streaming on Paramount is a ridiculous period epic with a laughable screenplay, over acting, and routine direction by Ridley Scott. Paul Mescal and Pedro Pascal are merely adequate in the leads while Denzell Washington does have fun chewing the screenplay.
