This film adaptation of a the musical 13 is beyond unwatchable. Why Debra Messing and Rhea Perlman wanted to be involved with this project is a head scratcher. Stilted dialogue, boring choreography and singing lame songs makes this an all around bad film that fails to even allow the viewer unintentional laughter.
