Poem of the Week-Proud Sissy

Shaving at puberty

Mirroring my father

No idea that I would hate

Taking a razor to my face

As an adult

Growth spurt immobilized

Shoe size of nine and half

Stopped me from stomping

Ground

Height frozen at five feet eleven

Prevented the magic six feet

Towering over the monsters

Embarrassed by constant hardness

Plastered to the school desk chair

Until I returned to semi-erect

A stunted teenager

Never proud to be a sissy

Until now
