This bangup supercharged elegantly relationship-oriented film is top notch. The spectacular cast includes Christian Bales, Matt Damon and Tracy Letts. James Mangold directs the hell out of this on the surface racing film that has so much more on its mind. With pristine cinematography and editing, it jumps to the top of the heap for pure entertainment value. Excellent old-fashioned Hollywood film making that tells an inspiring story without being preachy.
