City On a Hill is showtime’s new Kevin Bacon Boston white FBI and black District Attorney saga. The constant profanity and violence make for lifeless television viewing. We really don’t care about corruption in 1992. The pilot tried to converge an old cold case and a bank robbery with the relationship between the FBI and D.A. with little success.
