This film caught me by surprise. The acting was heartfelt, realistic, honest, and superbly moving. Michael B. Jordan proves once again that he is one of the most brilliantly charismatic actors working today. Sylvester Stallone surpassed his nominated Creed I performance. Phylicia Rashad has a quiet dignity as Creed’s mom. Tessa Thompson as Creed’s wife is outstanding. When you take into account the fighting scenes, you end up with the ultimate entertainment experience of 2018.
