This is one of the best films about childhood sexual abuse ever made. Laura Dern plays a documentarian who discovers her history as an abused young 13 year old. The scenes where she talks to the actress playing her younger self are heartbreakingly scary. Ellen Burstyn and Jason Ritter head the supporting cast.
