This Indie Glasgow band takes a secular religious take on their latest “Love is Dead” release. There is a Wilson Phillips harmony and breathy tones that sneaks up on each track. The effective use of echo chamber arrangements combined with old school wall of sound is the perfect antidote for today’s cynical and jaded pop music. In the song “Miracle” the line “If You Feel It Let Me know” brings a rich optimism to the surface. The up-tempo sweep of “Graves” dares to relay the line “You can look away, while dancing on our graves”. “Heaven/Hell” continues with the dancing theme as they sing “We can raise our glasses, dancing on the ashes as it burns, is this heaven or is this hell?” The techno dance track “God’s Plan” has a joyous chorus “I’ll wait for a sign, I’m tracing the lines of your hand”
