Despite having no knowledge of tennis this film totally engrossed me. After being thrilled by “Battle of the Sexes” in 2017 maybe I should consider watching an actual tennis match! Shia LaBeouf used his anger management issues to create a vivid performance as John McEnroe. Sverrir Gudnason as Bjorn Borg beautiful exposed the anguish and pressure of holding his 1980 Wimbledon Championship title.
