Last night we heard Andre  interviewed at the weho library. He is a real charmer. He explained his inspiration for the novel and his philosophy of life. He doesn’t believe in sexual identity politics and that everyone can be anywhere on the sexual spectrum. He compared the final speech the father makes at the end of the film to what happens when you listen to a symphony. Just as you think the symphony will end it goes further. The interview was amazingly spiritual. One of the responses from the audience was that they wish he was their therapist! The event was part of a grand book tour.
